Mactrol REFU represents a collaboration spanning over 25 years between Mactrol and REFU Electronics, combining German technology with Indian innovation to deliver reliable, customized motion control and drive solutions.
Mactrol REFU Private Limited began its journey in 1994 through a collaboration with REFU Electronics, Germany, formalized by an MoU in 1996. Assembly operations commenced in Ghaziabad the same year, leading to a joint venture established in 1998. This partnership continued until 2000, when REFU Electronics was acquired by Bosch-Rexroth, resulting in the dissolution of the joint venture. Mactrol Refu continued its operations independently until 2018. In 2019, it was re-established as Mactrol REFU Pvt. Ltd. in Ghaziabad, retaining rights to the REFU name and technology.
Today, Mactrol REFU Pvt. Ltd. operates assembly units in Ghaziabad, Sahibabad, Bangkok, and Singapore to meet global market demands.

We specialize in the design, assembly, and manufacturing of Servo Motors and Drives (up to 22 kW) and AC Drives (Frequency Converters) (currently up to 820 kW). Our core strengths lie in rapid design-to-production, high local (Indian) content, and customized, non-standard and niche AC drive solutions.

- 1-phase 220V input to 3-phase 220V output drives, up to 37 kW (higher power custom)
- 1-phase 220V input to 3-phase 415V output drives, up to 75 kW
- Compact chiller drives for HVAC applications, up to 1000 Amps
- 1-phase to 1-phase 220V drives, up to 2.2 kW
- 1-phase 110V input to 3-phase 220V output drives, up to 2.2 kW

We specialize in products that are designed and manufactured in India, specifically tropicalized for Indian conditions. Our solutions are built to perform reliably in high ambient temperatures (up to 50°C) and high humidity, featuring:

Headquartered in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, Mactrol-Refu operates from a 20,000 sq. ft. facility and is part of the USD 5 million Mactrol Group, established in 1992.
